"How Can the OZEV Grant Scheme Benefit the Education Sector?"

The Office For Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) have recently extended their workplace charger scheme to include state-funded schools and education institutions.

Under the grant scheme, successful applicants can claim up to 75% of the charger supply and installation costs, up to a maximum of:

• £2,500 per socket

• 40 sockets across all sites including any applications made previously via the Workplace Charging Scheme

The chargers must be supplied, installed and commissioned by OZEV-accredited contractors, of which Westexe Solutions are one.
